I've been hitting pretty hard at the gym and I think I'm over doing it... I have always been a person who does not back down from a challenge. This is no exception! I plan on slowing down my regime before I reverse the progress of my efforts. My goal this week was to tone and build endurance from cardio. I can't help but think that I have overdid it considering that my arms are just sore... Really really sore. But what should I do?
Since I am my own personal trainer, and nutritionist, I have taken the time to research my dilemma. The problem is, I'm doing everything at the same time. I should be toning but everyday is excessive. So as an experiment, I'm going to alternate the toning days but keeping consistant the cardio days. Also, 2 hours is also excessive in the beginning. So, I'll do an hour. That way, it will allow me get me out of my confront zone and it doesn't seem like I live at the gym! But based on my revelation, I'm not sure about my weigh-in. But either way, I'm doing it anyway. Until then feel free to follow my blog!
