Another chicken meal... Why?

So, I seem to be on a health kick right...sort of. As much as i would want to go on a "diet", that won't work!! Diets have never worked because I know how I am with food deprivation. Once I deprive myself of what I like, I buck the other way. It may sound crazy, but i know that. Yeah, i like a good burger, tacos, chicken, but who said I have to eat that all the time?? It's always been good, but not good to me!! Now today, I had taste for mexican food. I made chicken fajitas. It was good, and it was moist and more importantly, light!! Honestly, I like cooking new things.

The fajitas were a hit. It's what i like and what i would eat now and then...sort of. The problem is as I stated in an earlier blog, I never ate what I cook. I know how to cook healthy, but don't eat it. But as of late, I've been eating my cooking and have already made progress in my weight loss journey. And guess what? Tomorrow, I'm making burgers!! Yeah, I can do that! You know why? Because I'm using ground turkey. Even though, I am not on a diet, doesn't mean I'm crazy! I'll post the recipe for my chicken fajitas later on.
