I can recall getting disappointed because I use to check the scales everyday. I mean EVERYDAY!! I tried to weigh myself, butt-naked, at the same time every morning (like clothes make me weigh a pound more, and it was my own personal digital scale). Thinking back, that was the worse way I could handle that. I set myself up for failure every time. The mental anguish and frustration often leads me back... not forward. So, it will be every 2 weeks, maybe a month later. I won't let a number judge my efforts. If I'm putting the work in, then I'm getting as I should out of it. But for now, realize that as much as it is about the numbers (at this point, it IS), it's just as important that I build up great cardiovascular capabilities as well. I'm tired of being winded from just talking (it's that bad now)!!!!

When will I weigh-in?

That is the best thing to do as I have learned from my recent experience that has had me frustrated beyond words!! I am going to swear off the scale for a good month then see what progress I am making!!
